Will 96-98 rear bumper and fillers below tail's fit 99-00?

Will 96-98 rear bumper and fillers below tail's fit 99-00?
So I know the front end is different on the 96-98 and 99-00, but is the rear end? I found a really good deal on the filler piece below the tail lights (one of mine is a little dented,) and rear bumper off a '97 Civic, will it work on my '99 EM1? Thanks.

It should fit. The bumper is different in the rear, but i have a 96 and a 99-00 rear bumper fits just fine. The only difference is on the bottom side of the bumper, not the part where it meets the quarter panel or trunk.
