my buddy is selling his 94 civic coupe. He has adjustable coilovers and struts on it. I was going to swap my stock springs for his coilovers. The problem is that i have a 97 civic coupe. I am just wondering if his coilovers/struts would fit my 97, and if my stock springs would fit his?? LMK, Thanks

 

naw dude i dont think they'd fit. Looking around on different websties it's a different item # from 92-95 and then 96-00

 

nope they wont fit different chassis the dimensions are different on the axels they wont align right and may cause damage if you try and install them

They should fit. You'll need washers to use as spacers for the rear strut where it mounts to the LCA though.

*edit: wait for more input... I'm not 100% sure on this

 

alright, n e other opinions before i start taking off the coilovers off the 94?
