My windshield gasket is peeling up/out around the edges and the windshield itself is cracked - so. . . anybody out there ever replaced their windshield? If so, where did you get new gaskets? If installed by a pro, did they replace the gaskets and was it extra or included in the cost? Thanks

 

I need to replace my windshield because of gravel damage. The estimates I was quoted range from 130 to 220 dollars for my 97 Civic.

 

There are several companies that will send a van out to your car and replace the windshield where it is parked. Costs about $200. You willprobably have to buya newouter rubber seperate because they typically expect to reuse that.

 

insurance should cover windshield replacement. only paid 50 bucks for mine.

 

Ditto... mine gets installed Monday.
