well i finally got my factory fog lights working the right way today. also replaced alot of blown bulbs. heres some pics of what i've been working on the past 2 days.

it looks like carbon fiber. i tried to get a name off it but didnt see one.
i do know its loud as hell when vtec kicks in

 

Mine is quiet at idle but loud as hell when it is in the high rpms. I thought you dont have a vtec ecu?
