Yea, it was extremely easy to do. Just have your Haynes/chilton and you should be fine. Hell, you put a v6 into your Civic, an upgraded fuel pump should be no problem. lol

The walbros on ebay should be exactly what you need. However, I found a guy desperate to sell his remaining car parts on Homemadeturbo.com. I got my set-up brand new for $65 shipped.

The turbo is here! I quickly unboxed it, and took a bunch a pics. Let me know what you think. Got it from a guy on clubcivic.com. It has about 800 miles on it.

^Turbo has been sold^

And my favorite..

^Turbo has been sold^

This thing was about twice the size of the Greddy TD04h turbo I had!

I finally got my intercooler done! Stripped all the paint which was on it when received, straightened all of the fins, which took forever (or though it seemed), sanded a little, and painted.

^In process of selling it all now^

....and yes, I went ahead and painted the BOV, too.

Now it's time to mount that sucker! Just for mock up right now, until I have all the pieces ready. I am trying to get as much done as possible prior to actually installing the kit. I am hoping that all I will have to do when I "officially" install the turbo is just that. Remove the OEM exhaust manifold, and install the turbo set up, charge piping, and intercooler. Once that is done, the rest of the day will definitely be devoted to tuning!

Injectors/resistor box should be next on the list to be installed!

Looks like the painting went well. Im a fan of the "bling" factor of silver FMIC's though.

^^ I wanted a silver intercooler, but after stripping all the paint off when I got the IC, the actual bare metal looked pretty bad. I figured I might as well paint it to match the rest of my motor.

ditto

will give you a sleeper look tho, and it also might look sick with some black rims that match. Regardless good job and the turbo looks like it is in great condition!
