Edelbrock recomends running two step colder plugs on my kit and i'm only making around 170 hp, but i'm using 1 step colder plugs since they were the only plugs i could find locally and so far car has been running smooth without any problems[8D](except for my worn out clutch making a cluttering noice[>:])

for my wastegate and bov I used about 6ft of 1/4in vacumm hose. Are you running any colant lines to that snail? For my coolant lines, I used about 8ft of 3/8in hose.

Make sure you have all your gaskets (you can used your old gasket for your turbo manifold if it's in good shape) , bolts and washers. Also, some synthetic oil and oil filter.

Are you welding your oil fitting to your oil pan? If you are make sureit's aluminum since your oil pan is aluminum.

once i get the last few little pesky items (plugs, vac lines, bolts, wee little metal clamps, zipties, screws, etc...) ill be done with the purchasing and onto the installation

hoping i can pull this install in a day, morning till morning if i have to, then the next week ill throw on the 2ms clutch ill be ordering at the end of the week... then onto some of the small things that just make the engine run good. (vac mani, Engine dampner, walbro fuel pump, turbo timer, etc etc etc.)ALMOST BOOSTED TO AROUND 230-240WHP on stock internals, well see how long she lasts...

SOON TO COME::

motor build, copying sovs to the T lol, but im building a y8 block instead of a z6... just gotta find my motor.

block plans: vitaras, h beams, ported oil pump, jdm water pump, new performance bearings..

head plans: zex 5300 cam, zex springs, skunk 2 retainers, aem cam gears

ending goals for car... 325whp or so on 92 octane for my dd'er... when i get my new truck well strip the car down and max out the turbo for fun and turn it into a weekend warrior with 400+ whp

I recommend installing the clutch the same time you instal the turbo. My stock clutch only lasted meone test drivebefore starting to make a cluttering noice. Each time I test drove it, noice kept getting worse.[&:]
