Definitely a damn clean looking build. How many cars have you turboed so far? Seems like this is nothing more than a couple kitchen knives and an afternoon to you.

the sleeper look... NICE. and they also say that black is more efficient heat transfer. but then again i just heard that on my tv shows i watch on weekends

haha well i used to have a dremel. But anyway, even though its more efficient, the paint in the fins counteracts that to pretty much even it out

It doesn't do anything as far as helping thermal loss. Only thermal and ceramic coating will help for that matter. The paint is just aesthetic.

meh...paint if applied thick enough will choke airflow.

umm not so much...im ripping out some wiring from the old car to use for wire extension for a wire tuck. Tonight I helped my friend lower his car.
