Once again, exactly what I'm doing.

So today I picked up some Tein S Tech lowering springs for $100 brand new. I didn't exactly want these springs but that was a really good deal and I know I can sell them for more or atleast the same to someone else. They describe on the Tein website that it lowers the car approximatly 1.5". Do you guys think that would be low enough? Or, would it be better to get something lower? I want like one finger of clearance all around. If they would work what kind of shocks go well with these? Besides OEM please lol.

Here is a pic of the box lol

I was thinkin tokico blue's. I just don't know if it will look good by only dropping it an inch and a half.

Yea blue's would be your best bet for the price. They can take up to a 2" drop so you'd be good. 1.5" is kind of a woman drop in my opinion, tire gap ftl. I have some skunk2 springs that'll drop my car 2.5" and I have to go with the skunk2 struts for them, cheaper than going with Koni's since I don't wanna spend a ton on my suspension. I'll have the tire tucked a little bit with them. But just get blues, cheap and good. And the Tien's will leave you with a like 1-2 finger gap in the front, and 2-3 in the back.

Yea, I would honestly try and flip them to make a few bucks if possible. Or you could keep them as back ups for later or for another car Either that or put them on, and save up for an even nicer suspension set-up.

IMO, you should go for some coilovers. Picked up mine for $500 brand new and slammed the car when I first got them installed.

There was honestly about 1'' of clearance from the bottom of the car and the ground. Although, the angle and lighting doens't really show it that well.

Edit: Sorry about the kinda big pic, my bad!

How can you make it smaller? Editing on Photobucket?

You can re-size pics via photobucket. It's under the edit tab when you are looking at the pic I think.
