I ordered new Crankshaft Seals yesterday or what is known as the Crankshaft oil seal and the Rear main Crankshaft Seal. I might even get the stuff to lower the car sooner because I really want it lower. Plus I can still make some money back from selling my Tein S Tech Springs and my brand new H&R Springs. Also, the cam should be here Saturday.

Here is a couple of random pictures when I was bored at work

15" Drag DR-16's Gold with Polished or silver lip (cant remember). They will match with the beaks and tow hooks but I dont want them until the car is lower so that way I dont get a little bit of the monster truck effect even though my car is lowered 1.5" to 2" haha.

hey lewy, did you paint your hx rims by yourself? if so, how did you go about it, and how did you get the red H on the caps. i was thinking of painting my HX rims gunmetal, and then paint the H black, or painting the whole center cap black.

Yes I did paint them. If you did a gunmetal with the black H it would look pretty good IMO. When I painted mine a sanded the hell out of them, put a couple coats of primer on, wet sanded that, laid like 5 coats of black on, then like a million light coats of clear just for protection since they are so close to the road, rocks and debris everywhere. They still look pretty good and I did them over a year ago.

How exactly did you paint the H tho. Tape? Chapstick? What brand name of spray paint did you use. I seen a lot of other write ups (when I googled duplicolor gunmetal spray paint+rims) and a lot of the people just used some airplane paint stripper, primer, paint, and clear. And they only used like 2-3 coats.
I really don't want to use 5+coats.

I used that many just to be safe and because I had enough to do it. You will be fine with 2-3 coats. With the center caps painted them all black then took a really long time taping them off everywhere besides the H. I touched up anything I messed up on with the little tubes of touch up paint you can buy at the auto parts store.
