I'm feeling excited/stressed/really worn out. Been bustin some overtime so I can get everything ready to throw in the car when the gf is on vacation in about three weeks. I have been planning this for so long so yes, very excited. But, the clutch on the motor in the car now feels like its on its last leg. It does act much different but I can just feel a difference in the pedal like its just not as strong as it should be. I sure hope it lasts just a little longer!!!

 

Ordered a 2.5mm Cometic Head Gasket which brings the compression to ~ 11.5:1 to 11.8:1. Installed the shift boot, I'll post a picture tomorrow.

 

Hope you have good quality pump gas in your area. Cars coming along nicely man.

 

92 haha. Hope the compression is closer to 11.5:1 so I dont have to buy octane booster every time I fill up.

how high of octane do you have in your area? around here all of the stations except shell have up to 92 octane but shell has 93
