are those the rods that you bought??? the d16y7 engines that we have aren't meant to rev over 7000 anyways right??

yes those are the same rods i have. The cam and intake are designed to have peak hp around 7500. I think the bolts can handle the extra couple hundred rpms. They are an awsome rod for the money, i am looking into buying the arp2000 bolts for them just for the extra insurence.

the factory reline for a d16y7 is 7200

little update just buying some tools, still have a few to get, i have two different micrometers not just the one 3-4" i also have a 2-3" pictured. i also found stronger manifold studs for relitively and the intakes are slightly longer for a hondata gasket, best nuts i could find as well. i know i didnt need them but what the hell they were about 25 bucks for the whole stud and bolt package

what's that tool on the left and how much were the micrometers, what do you need them for???

there precision tools to measure mainly gap to determin what bearings i need. Just engine assembly tools

its been done and in my possession since 8-8-07. so getting close to 2 months

top mount, aluminum piping welded together, big intercooler, gt30r, 3 inch downpipe with exhaust, shooting for over 400+hp if that takes over 35+ lbs of boost
