finaly got the crank pulley bolt out and torn down the bottom end tonight, the number 4 piston dropped out of the cylinder after i disconnected if from the crank which is telling that thats probably why the motor lost a lot of compression, all the others took a little bit of work to wiggle out of there cylinders

well i actualy found the tool to do it. and i borrowed if from work, basicly one person holds the pulley with the tool and i had to hit the breaker bar with a huge 10 lbs mallit as hard as i could, almost broke the breaker bar but if you have a pretty decent sized breaker bar over a 1 1/2 you should be good, im gonna get a bigger breaker bar for this kind of stuff

did some cylinder head work tonight, also got a pic of my car at work along with my new front strut bar

pistons(cp)
rods(tuner toy)
headgasket(cosmetic)
headstuds(arps)
tein basic suspension

all on the way

very nice man, i heard you are actually supposed to hang the crank from the ceiling or something so it won't sag. what cam are you gonna run?

hearing a lot about this delta cam for the y7 which im probably gonna go with since i cant find anything else!
