I'm done tucking for now and the car is back on the road. Gonig to try to sell the ac stuff, shouldn't be hard. All that is left to be tucked is the main engine harness, an I don't know where I am going to feed the wires through on the firewall. There are still like 10 wires that come through the boot on the driver side corner but there's nothing i can about that, they are wrapped and run under the master so they aren't very noticeable. So now what's left is the power steering. My bay is dirty as hell and I can't get any of the **** that's there off. The rust spots and the white grease stuff doesn't wanna come off and it is p!ssing me off. I'm happy with how everything looks though, I'm doing that same amount of tucking as I did on mine to my friends sedan with a b18b next week. I'm trying to find another set of torque mounts for my car so I can window weld a set and not have to drive my car without the mounts.

12V Ryobi FTW! I has one.

engine bay is lookin pretty good. I just don't think I could do without A/C (Im in texas), power steering (i'm lazy) , or cruise control (again i'm lazy). so i don't think i will be doing this drastic of a bay tuck ever. at least not on my current civic.

Nice work.. BTW, driving without the torque mounts is not that big of a deal. Just take it easy when driving, thats all.

I would do both at the same time so you only have to wait for them to dry once. Check out my DIY guide, yo!

That's where I saw to do it. I just don't want to take both off and mess up a motor mount or something

Hmm I was talking with my friend and I am seriously considering pulling my motor, painting pulling everything out of the bay, weld up and bondo holes and stuff, spray gun the bay black, and drop the engine back in. I think this would be awesome, just take a while... feedback? My bay paint is just trash that's why I want to change it up. Only thing that scares me with this is it taking a long time. Won't cost much at all, just worried I might get in over my head on it.

Get a few of your gay buddies and do it all in a weekend rip it out asap
and the more of you there are the faster you can sand and blah blah blah...

and that gives a day to dry and put sh*t back in and yea...but if you dont get it done then its going to take a while ( maybe ) over the week b/c of time ? unless you do f*k all and can do it any day
