Fenders were 20 a piece, front bumper was 34.

Definitely yellow fogs > clear fogs.

ya im lucky and have a certifit right down the street from where I live. I replaced a whole front end of a 98 chevy through them for about $250, and a 99-00 conversion was gonna be somewhere in the same range for parts. Its good and the stuff fits pretty well. the only downside is that the metal parts are usually a thinner gauge than oem, but it still works well.

Holy crap, the only thing i am gonna pick about that list that you made... is that you are taking the HID kit route... which i no longer recomend lol. once i get my retro done everyone will know why lol

But yeah i would of prefered a type R wing then the spoon wing on an ek, but it will still look killer.
