Well i stoped by my friends shop yesterday to see how my car is coming.

We are getting the car readdy for Honda Day, here is where we are at.

Had the engine bay painted dolphin gray.....if you want to call it that.

Had so holes filled, full brake tuck, replaced my master cylinder with a USDM ITR unit....my god what a diff in pressure.
Also had the wiring tucked under the dash.

Well its kinda like the Spoon Sports race cars, all there engine bays are painted this type gray, and i always loved it.......i do plan on taking this down to bare metal and do the paint job the right way, + this gits rid of the rust and it will give me a feel if i should keep it later down the road.

I know what your saying, but before you start thinking i have have a ton of money and mommy and daddy are helping me out, theres a lot more behind this.

1st i live in a appartement where i have no garage... i have to park on the street.

2nd, sure my mother has a house, but because i have 5 other brothers all spaces are taken because they to love cars.....just no room.

3rd, i have worked in a body/ garage for 7 years, my handicap is wiring, i cant stand it.
So when my boy started the swap one thing led to another and when i stared thinking about the things above it just made more sence.

4th, if i was to do this by myself it would be done.....but this is a lot faster just because of my job, i work 7 days with 13 hours a day....( for now ) so by the time i come home i dont want to do anything.

5th, this also helps out my friend.

well, you have always kept it clean. we have discussed this a few times as far as jobs go.

you know what you want and you keep it clean, props whether you pay for it or do it yourself. quality work is still quality work.

i despise the grey... i do. and i despise the one piece headder/cat combo. im working on a stainless exhaust as we speak... only difference is i have a j30a4....

as for wiring.. its 90 percent of peoples handicap

Wiring isnt too bad imo, ive wired up my whole sound system myself as well as some cars at my old work and a few of my buddys cars. Granted its just a sound system but if you can read the diagrams and have a general knowledge of what your doing, its not too bad =P

You're comparing making spaghetti to making a 5 course dinner. Granted they're both cooking, but one's gonna take a bit more work/focus/energy

P2R makes a cat delete header for this motor, but its way to much.

Plus, i want to keep it emission friendly.

Any pic's of that exhaust, love to see it.
