Well on the back of my caps was a hole in the center where you could push the sticker off from behind (with a screwdriver or something). Then after removing the sticker I used a small flathead screwdriver to scrape the rest of the goo off. Scratched it, but it didn't matter since the new sticker covers up the scratches.

195/50/15

What Civic do you have? The proper size varies by the generation of Civic.

You'll want either the 205/50/15 or the 195/55/15. Personally i'd go with 195/55/15... it's enough tread width, and I believe it's less expensive/easier to find. The whole 205/50 thing is a little overkill, unless maybe you autocross.

I'm thinking about lowering on tein s.tech(lower about 1.9in), because when i put the rims on the car sits kind of high of the ground. Would lowering it effect the tires depending on the size of the tire? should i go smaller tires?

you can run stock wheels and tire size but if you get larger rims then it all depends on the offset if it will clear or not.

main thing is DONT BE CHEAP and get a alignment within the first week or two after you have them installed! best to wait aweek for the springs to settle before you get it done.
alot of people are just to lazy or cheap and they dont get the alignment and then they wonder why a few weeks after why there tires get trashed and start showing steel belts or blow out... just remember a alignment cost ruffly 60bucks. 4 new tires can easily cost you 300+ bucks depending how good of tires you want.
if you try to cheap out and wait to long then hope you can replace the tires AND pay for the alignment also.

just because the car drivers straight doesnt mean your alignment is alright. it just means your wheels are fighting the same amount which still goes straight.
