t28 has bent nipples, an i think the t25 either needs to be scraped or rebuilt.

 

Okay well like people said on other forums, you can soak the thing in PB blaster and then whack it with a hammer to knock it loose. Well, that didn't work. Instead, it broke part of the compressor housing off and unfortunately now there is a small hole in the compressor housing where that piece broke off.

However, this might be a turn for the better... I found someone selling another T25 in great condition for $90 OBO and it looks to be in way better condition than the current one, along with having extremely minimal shaft play. He says it doesn't leak or smoke at all, and unlike the one I already have, it comes with both coolant lines so I can actually water cool it like I want to.

Got my intercooler today. Perfect size for my del Sol, and it matches up to the piping I bought perfectly.
