New box is on it's way here now (this is not affected by my debt that I need to repay since I paid for this a while ago).

I've seen a pic of it and it looks good. I'll post pics when I install.

He also told me there's a surprise in there for my patience. I'm curious as to what it may be.

Alright, I got my new box. It's all ready to install and everything, just waiting on my dad to get home with his soldering iron after work so that I can hook up the speaker terminals inside the box. I cleaned the trunk out pretty good too. I managed to completely fix my spare tire rattle. I used some WD-40 to make the anchor easier to screw in and now it goes down farther. Before, the bolt was rubbing the metal stopper thing so much that it was insanely hard to turn and it wasn't tightening enough.

Here's some pics for now:

nice grill guard design... should keep most trunk gunk from hitting the subs. tho i think it would look alittle better if the openings where smoothed out to a circle around the 4corners... but thats just IMO.

you putting any lighting inside the box sides?

Yea, I agree, that would look pretty good that way. I'm not planning on putting lighting in it. I actually used to have blue LEDs in the trunk that made the whole thing glow but today while cleaning the trunk I ripped them out. I need to get a pigtail for my stock trunk light and i'm gonna put a nice white LED in there for my trunk lighting.
