Well, the way I look at ROTM, is that I vote for the person that not only has a sweet ride but also a person that contributes to the forum. I don't mean donations, I mean someone that helps out people by answering their questions and not whoring around the forum. So, that being said, I normally don't vote for the best looking car.

that sounds honorable, but, the best car wouldn't always win then. for that, i'd say we need a vote for the most knowledgable and helpful persons every few months, lol.

I agree dude. Ron J needs some kind of honorary mention. That guy gives his heart out and sincerely answers people.

But yea back to my suggestion. We should go for a specific gen for ROTM and try it out. In that way we can also vote for the person who is most contributor to the forum in that generation of civic cars.

Idk im open to ideas and i agree on Ron J

why couldn't we have Ride of the month and member of the month? I dont really think the ride always reflects the knowledge of the member.

And on the topic of specific generation ROTM, i just don't see there being enough people for that to work out.

Why dont you guys stop trying to figure out how to change ROTM and start to think about how to get new and more active members. This place is dead compared to when I was posting on the regular.

I think part of the reason is "some" members are rude to newbies joining the site... why would you post if you know your going to be flamed?

Thats why it would help the cause to have a seperate nomination for helpful people that contribute to the site. Prolly will start a new trend.
