What is this "My Garage"

I see that everyone has a My Garage link under their username. just wondering what is this. do i add cars that i own? if so how.

it's getting annoying as hell because after every post down a thread, there's another my garage link until there's like 20 of them.

I was just wondering the same thing. I imagine what it will be, but I think it's probably still in the works and that's why things are glitchy.
