Interior door "armrest" "repair"?

Interior door "armrest" "repair"?

Our 2009 Honda Civic's plastic "armrest" where the window/door lock buttons are located is severely scratched. I guess my wife's keys or maybe just nails are scratching it and the car is practically new.
Any idea of fixing it? Covering it?

I'm not too familiar with 8th gen Civics. Can you post a picture of the area?
