I have a 2000 EX coupe as well and I have a set of 17" Motegi rims and the suspension is completely stock so there should be no issues with a set of 16"s. Ive also heard good things about the Greddy Evo2, I was looking into an exhaust for my car at one point because the person who owned it before me just had a fart can on it and I wanted something not as loud that would look nicer, but I ended up taking it to a custom exhaust guy I know and he did the job for me for less $$. But the Evo2 was one of the exhausts that I was considering... You might take a look on Magnaflow's website, they have clips with the sounds for each of their exhausts, some of them sound pretty good too.

In terms of suspension im planning on buying a set of 16in rims and was wondering if i would need to get a susp kit to accomodate the new wheels.

If anyone has any advise or ideas please let me kno,

Thanks

Yes you should, your car will ride really high without lowering the car. Check out the suspension section for what kind to get.
