hey guys i am new to the forum. tonight i got a 15 day from my local deputy sherrif for loud exhaust. the kid i bought the car from put a ebay muffler on it and i would like to replace from the cat back without spending a fortune on the car. i am looking for opinions and thoughts on this. thanks

 

The least expensive thing to do, while still having a better-than-stock sound is to have a muffler shop bend some 2.25 pipe and add a Magnaflow muffler. I bought the entire Magnaflow cat-back, which includes beautiful, fully-polished muffler and resonator, all made from stainless steel. If you don't have the money, get a used stock system and throw it on for now.
