lol no offense but that's a terrible picture. anyway as close as the picture is with the heat shielding im assuming thats the cat underneath the car. the picture doesn't tell me much besides i see a typical 3 bolt flange and the outlet of the mid pipe cat.

ok there's both typical exhaust systems for you. the second image i posted supposedly can sometimes have a second cat where i have the image circled. best guess judging by you image is you have the regular exhaust system with just the mid pipe cat.

however that flange is wooped your already going to need the mid resonator pipe. if your debating on a performance exhaust setup nows the time to decide as your going to be replacing half the cost of a new one anyway.

someone has already cut that cat off once and boned you good. the cat is supposed to have a 2 bolt flange on the engine side and a 3 bolt flange on the rear. someone hacked the front flange off and welded them together. the flange on the engine side if it starts leaking will cause premature cat failure. your best bet for a more permanent fix is to buy everything from the engine back at that point.

Damn your good. What are my best options to get this exhaust system replaced. I have some cash. Also are you saying my Civic did have the cat after the manifold and then a mid pipe cat as well? What should I do first to get things going. Wd40 manifold bolts.etc so hopefully they come out. I know the cat flanges are really rusted.

lets just go with this have you decided to just go with a stock exhaust or upgrade to something with a bit more flow. ill base my suggestions on that.
