Default 99 EX Coupe CAI Install HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I purchased a cheapy intake for my 99 ex just to get rid of the stock filter box (it is my daily so nothing extravagant) well I received it today and noticed it has only one hole for the sensor, and 1 plug in for 1 hose, but the stock air tubing has 1 hole for the sensor, and 2 plug ins for 2 hoses, so my question is what do I do with the other hose? is the intake designed wrong or is there something I am just not understanding? I really would appreciate your help as I really want to put this on ASAP. Thanks in advance, here are some pics so you understand what I am talking about...

My question to you is, do you want this to be legal for emission, or do you not care?

If the sensor fits into that intake and the intake fits nicely behind the front bumper, then this is something you can do...
You can pick a hose, either one it doesn't really matter, and plug it onto the connector on the intake, then unhook the other hose and put a breather on it, and there you go, trust me, it ain't gonna blow up...hope this helps.
