5 horsepower here, 5 there, a little less weight here, less backpressure there - it all adds up and in the end, there can be a noticable difference in high-end power. It can mean the difference between winning or losing a drag or road course race. Not everyone can spend $5000 to gain 30 horsepower all at once, so why not gain it in small increments as your finances allow?

Not sure who you're talking to, but $5000 will get you A LOT more than 30hp.

You can get 30HP from bolt ons and minor engine additions/upgrades.

That should've read "300 HP", but regardless, most people add HP, subtract weight in increments, so saying that doing one upgrade is worthless is not accurate. That's like saying you may as well not buy better speakers and subwoofers unless you buy the amps and crossovers at the same time.

really?

one of the shops I spoke with basically hinted that a fully built engine, turbo, tune, and all the other good stuff to go with it would be double that.

help....lol

I build my own motors, I know a machinist personally, and I know a person that sells blocks for cheap, and I'm a good shopper. anything else?

Default Aem v2

Hey I just bought my AEM V2 I didnt really notice a difference till I got buddy club exhaust system I bought both from this site for dirt cheap. xclusivemotorsports.rpmware.com if your going get V2 for your civic you should get exhaust whole catback system to get any real thrill out of the V2
