while surfin the bay i came accross this...Apexi exaust...do you think its good?...as far as performance and sound..anyone used apexi before?

 

i've never used it but the brand is good.

 

yeah, ive never used it before either, but from what ive heard its a little on the loud side, but not too ricey, and the performance is very good. and that looks like a pretty good price.

 

Thats a pretty good deal for cat back exaust I wonder if they have it for my civ

 

yeah, i just looked, he has a bunch. and i think its the N1 thats loud, the world sports is quieter. i think.

 

cool..yea i thought it seemed like a decent price and i have heard of the apexi n1 so i was just checking...im gunna have to get some hours in this weekend at the job...lol..thanks guys...oh hey...what do you think...runing it with no cat or high flow or stock...let me know...oh yea whats ur point of veiw on obx or pace setter headers?...they seem to be a decent price on ebay too..around 130 before ship...later

dont bother with a cheap header. all the cheap ones ive seen are crap. stick with the stock cat or go high flow. no cat just isnt worth it. ive seen dynos that show about 3-4 hp on high flow (i think it was an integra ls) and 4-5 with a test pipe, but it lost a little torque. they were just trying to hit their power goal, that was a last ditch effort to get the 1 or 2 they needed.

 

ok...yea i was at the races the other night..(street)..and there was this kid with a 4 door who was runing a straight pipe..with a muffler at the end...it was loud but i liked how it sounded..but i asked around and no onereally recomended it
