Apexi muffler

Default Apexi muffler

I own a 2000 Honda civic Lx a buddy of mine is giving me a Apexi Muffler if i put that on will i get a good sound or some horsepower in the process

A muffler alone won't gain you any power and if it's an N1 muffler it's going to be obnoxious.

No it's not an N1 muffler. But is there anyway i can make that into a catback?

Take the muffler to an exhaust shop; they'll usually bend and weld up a cat-back for around $100. I'd heavily suggest getting a resonator installed, too; it'll cut down on a lot of the rasp.
