Default Best Combo for 99 ex

hey guys whats some of your opinions on the best header, cat (test pipe), cat back exhaust, and intake for a 99 ex

these are definitely two different things. i recommend a high-flow catalytic converter. test pipes are illegal, ruin the air we breathe, and only give you 1hp more than a high-flow cat. you'll find this interesting: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_279591/tm.htm

i had a magnaflow cat back, a stainless steel header i bought at a swap meet, stock cat, and an aem short ram, on a 2000 civic ex,and all together the car sounded really good and the exhaust fit awesome.
