Default Best Suspension Combo?

I have a 92 Civic VX (hatchback) and I want to lower the car 1 inch or less. I have searched high and low and found these 3 springs:

1) Tein H Tech - approx. 1 inch drop.
2) H & R OE Sport Springs - approx. 0.75 inch drop.
3) Neuspeed SofSport Springs - approx. 0.75 inch drop.

I've tried researching them and reading reviews from others, but I still can't decide. Which one would you choose? As for struts, I think I'm going with KYB GR2s or Koni Reds, due to their lower price. Any opinions / suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a '95 civic ex 2dr cpe w/kyb gr2 struts and eibach proline(NOT SPORTLINE) all the way around bought from discounttire.com. Very inexpensive with 1 inch drop at each wheel. Ride quality is just a little firmer than stock, but definitely better in handling. Car doesn't feel unsettled on rough roads or at its limits. I take LONG trips w/it all the time and have no complaints. Hope this helps.

all 3 of those are made by great companies, and all 3 should feel like stock while riding. ive heard nothing but good things from all three springs. gr2's will be fine with that kind of drop, i have them and they are great shocks for the price.

the eibachs are really good quality, my friend had them on his old car. if you want only a 1 inch drop you really don't need aftermarket shocks, unless you want a firmer ride. if you would spend extra money skunk2 coilovers ride very nice and are adjustable so you could get your 1 inch of drop, and if it wasn't enough you could lower it more

two of my friends have had coilovers and they were BOUNCY/STIFF like none other. but thats just their/my experiance. if your after ride quality though, then springs>coilovers hands down.

Yeah, I second the idea of springs over coilovers. The last car I rode in with full coilovers, was bouncy as all hell.

Tein is good stuff IMO, Id go with them. Personally I looking into some S-Techs.

Avoid coilovers unless you hit the track on a regular basis and really need the height adjustment.
