hey i got a 99 coupe with a sohc v tec engine what is the best intake for it? i have no exhaust so id like a loud intake if possible? any ways on making them louder?

 

how it sounds should NOT be a deciding factor on which one to buy.

go with an AEM CAI

 

The general opinion around here will be AEM, usually the CAI, but that is all debatable depending on where you live (Cold-air vs. Short ram). Injen and Weapon R area also fairly good choices, but if you go the Weapon R route look into getting a K&N filter for it because from what i know they all have foam filters. For my own personal opinion, go with the AIM CAI.

 

I'm not sure why people still reccommend AEM's CAI when V2 has come out.
