Ok, really, do these intakes NEED to be brand name? Their basic pipe with a filter on the end...

I have done a lot of reading on this subject and there is virtually no difference in peak Hp gain between a cai and a sri of similar diameter. There is a little mid-rangehump in the dyno curve with the cai, but probably imperceptable on the street.

If I didn't care about money I would get a password jdmpowerchamber or the Comptech Icebox. Next step would be a V2 or a Weapon-RSecret Weapon. Orif you are strapped for cash, go with a knock off and put a K&N on it.

i bought a cheap ebay CAI tube and filter but their filter is literly CRAP! its just a metal screen!
so i went ahead and finaly bought a AEM dryflow filter for it. slight sound difference...
eventualy ill try and find a good intake tube..... but im not to worried about it...



any why make the thread die........ someone else will just start it up again starting from scratch..... LMFAO
