CARB on headers

I put the DC 4-1 headers on my 98 civic and did not notice until recently that the CARB exempt welding wasnt on it! I thought all DC headers were street legal. Shouldnt the 4-1 headers designed for the ex model have that on it?

Not sure about the 4-1's but the 4-2-1 have the welding on their.

Yah, there should be two welds on the header right? One with the DC logo and the other weld that has the carb exempt stamp. I only have one and it is the one with only the DC logo.
