does taking out your cat for a test pipe change the way your car sounds?

Yeah, it makes it sound like like a piece of s hit. My recommendation, don't do it.

yea, just keep the cat on, there is no significant performance gain, itll sound terrible and keeping it on will reduce pollution

I've read that, but that has nothing to do at all with how it will sound, that is what i want to know, not how much power to expect.

i noticed apretty big difference with my test pipe. dB goes way up.
