Is this cat back the real thing?

I found this thing on ebay, and they're claming it's a 100% Tsudo N1 exhaust. Can any one confirm if it's real, and is it any good? Also, what does Tsudo N1 sound like any ways? Is it fairly loud and mean?

how much are they asking for it? If its real cheap, probably not the real 100% thing.
