i dont know anyone arround here with an n1, but from hearing the clips on streetfire, it seems to be about the same, but a little bit smoother, not so raspy, but that might just be the video. but either way, if you are looking for a quiet exaust, this one is probably not the best choice. i dont know how leinent your cops are, but one pulled behind me at a stop light, and i babyed it as best i could and he still pulled me over for excessive exaust noise

Anyone know the difference between the 15646 and 15642?
What about decibel ratings...like a chart. Link to that. Some of the Tanabe sites have decibel ratings for all their systems, wondering how other brands compared.

no biggie, just a warning, i told him i would go home and put the silencer on, but i was scared sh*tless, cause i had my drivers liscense for about 2 weeks, and had no clue what i did, so yah, attleboro cops are strict, cause the guy i bought it from said he had no problems with the cops, but he lived quite a ways away

Nice chart! I wish all the audio files were from the same application so you could compare better...

I think I have decided to go with a Tanabe SMR.
Connections connections connections...my xbox modding has finally paid off in spades!!! A guy I did a few mods for is getting me an SMR for cost...about 250$ Brand spankin new! I am jacked cause I budgeted about 500 for a catback, so I'll have some money for some other light mods. Score!
Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated! I will post some pics and maybe a vid link when its all said and done.
