Which Cheapo?

well both are cheapo's and i am aware of this, i am also aware that i will need a K&N filter regardless of which one i get so plz dont say save up for an Injen or AEM or w/e plz!! .....but out of these 2 cheapo's which one would you saywould produce the best sound (if any) or which one i would like better........i have a 97 DX if that makes any difference at all.........

ive read all the threads on short rams and CAI's in general, but i kno those usually disclude Ebay-items and are more review-orientated that wont help me here....thanx for the help!

I say the first one because you can convert it to either short ram or cold air.

haha o yea good call, i didnt even think of that................i wonder if it would fit right though...hmm either way thanx for that broadening of my mind lol

a drop in filter is a filter that goes into your stock air box. it a screen that gets "dropped in" instead of clamped on like on a cai

o.....well why the hell would i want that?? lol im not lookin to get a new filter........was there some type of joke in that or somethin?? i dont get it

The CAI one doesn't look like it has a place for the sensor to go on the intake tube. Just seems like there are vacuum nips on there. The short ram one looks better imo.
