Default custom exhaust

well, im going to college soon for 2 months of an apprenticeship, and its in calgary where the speedtechracing shop is located, i would like to buy all my stuff for my exhaust there. So what exactly will i need besides the 2.25" mandrel bent piping? Right now as of my awareness, i will need a muffler, resonator, high flow cat, and the piping? is that all i need? Im going to start piecing parts together for ultimate deep, nice sound, and the reason im going custom instead of catback system factory made, is budget. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Also, is the cat located just before the muffler or up front somewhere, and the resonator, that should go just before the muffler?

alright, thanks, and does it matter where each is mounted, like a specific spot on the car, like i think the resonator mounts before the axel, and then muffler at the end. And the cat up front?

ok, and right after the header, do u mean on the underbelly area of piping, i guess i could just look where the stock cat is, and i suppose since im getting it custom done, the mechanics will know where it goes anyways well thanks anyways, know i have a better understanding. Hey, do u guys recommend buying the parts i want from a shop(local) or see what deals and parts i can find off of ebay? (lol, i just got my frst mastercard, finally i can order stuff on my own!) I want to use reputable companies for the parts, not ebay mufflers and such.

Local shops should be fine (go with brands you've actually heard of if you can), but you might find better prices on the net.. personally, I'm not a fan of ebay, but there are some pretty good deals there.
