I have a DX with an auto trany and am looking to do a Y8 mani swap. I know that the y8 mani from an auto ex will fit perfect w/o excess work & wiring. But, i am going to do a manual tranny conversion in the future. Should i wait until i put in the manual tranny & put in a y8 mani from a manual ex, or will the y8 mani from the auto ex work w/ the manual ex tranny?

 

auto mani will work...it has nothing to do with the tranny actually

 

what ecu will i need with the auto mani & manual trans?
