Default DC headers?

I was looking into buying DC Sports Headers but my friend told me to stay away from the ceramic ones because they crack, is that the case for all the DC Ceramic headers or just his? Also, i was looking into gettin the Greddy EvoII or the Apex'i N1, are there any other good systems similar that would be more cost efficient?

Never heard of DC headers cracking.. mine were still in perfect condition after just over a year of use.. course after i hit the guard rail at 60 they probably cracked .. i couldnt really tell from the mess that was left of my engine bay

I would reccomend the APEXi World Sport 2 if they make it for your car. That's what I have and I love it. But it's your money and your choice so do whatever you want. Just giving my 2 cents about it...

ceramic headers are better than chrome headers because they resist heat better. they also are more durable when using nitrous. chrome headers are known to crack when spraying. ceramic headers is the best choice.

I got the DC ceramics and no problems except for the occasional stain from spilling stuff.
