The biggest difference is just the way it looks. Ceramic might last slightly longer, and SS does discolor after a while, but other than that there really isn't any huge difference (especially performance-wise) between the two besides the price.

ive heard ceramic has the tendancy to crack..but this is VERY unlikley. both are good imo.
