Default Ceramic Header and Stainless Exhaust Systems

All,

I'm new to this and I have a 1996 EX. I will be installing a K&N CAI this weekend but I need to plan for my next mods. After reading it looks like this is what I want:

DC Sports 4-2-1 CERAMIC EXHAUST HEADER TWO PIECE
GReddy EVO2 Exhaust Systems

Questions:

1. Can I mix Ceramic and Stainless?
2. How hard is to install?
3. If to hard, how much should I expect to pay to install?
4. Can I do the header now and wait a while for the catback?

Thanks!

1. yes.
2. how much rust do you have under there?
3. no really, do it yourself, invest in some good wrenches and a can of penetrating oil
4. yeah sure. It might be easier to do it all at once though.

Yes, you can mix ceramic and stainless steel products.
You can install it yourself, just easier if you have a helping hand from a buddy.
Save the money and install it yourself.
You can install them seperately, but I would save up the cash and do it all at once and save some work and time for yourself.

^ what they said..i have dc 4-2-1 one piece ceramic header and stainless steel catback and its fine. installing those isnt as hard as u may think it is. if u can turn a socket rench then u can do it. its just a bunch of bolts and be prepared to use a lot of WD40 cuz the rust is sometimes a problem. doing it all at once is a good idea. good luck, have fun!

yea it shuoldn't be too hard to do, just go get some pb blaster and douce the bolts on the block so you don't snap anything, all the ceramic is, is a coating so it stays hotter within the header, it will have no affect on the two metals
