i was looking at sum AEM CAI's and was wondering whats the difference between the original CAI and the V2?....

also does anyone have the water bypass attachment???
if so does it really work??

bypass valves will pretty much completely defeat the purpose of having a CAI.

You only need the bypass valve if you're driving a submarine.

V2s arent CAIs. they have a second pipe around the intake pipe that reverberates, and the way it reverberates it increces the flow of the air. i dont know how exactly it works...i just know it does.


oh yeah..i know im gunna get nailed for this...cuz some V2s have filters below normal...but the V2 isnt a CAI

think of the v2 as : intake version 2.0
