You can get jackstands these days for like $25 bucks a set, Napa, Autozone, Advanced, all of those places should have some.

or you could go ghetto as i do and use 4 old big tires and some big huge blocks of wood, put the jack as high as it will go, and slide those puppis under each corner of the car.......works just as well

Dude at pepboys for 30 you get a jack, jackstands ,a rolling padded cart to roll around on, and chucks for the other two tires....great investment

ya just buy some jack stands....
thier not that much $$$ and worth every penny!
for small cars id say small jack stands....

and jacks are also geting cheaper and cheaper...
if ya only do alittle work just a cheap jack should work fine... BUT if you work on heavier vehicles or what not from time to time... get a good jack.... i bought a little race jack awhile ago and tho its quick and low profile.... it cannt pick up to much weight but for my civic it doesnt just fine... but it struggles realy hard to lift my truck.LOL

a good jack and jack stands work for LOTS of jobs!!!! oil changes, tire rotation, brakes... blablabla... anytime when ya gotta get under something... even a lawn mower... even if its a push lawn mower. LMFAO
id rather have a jack stand under it rather than anything falling on me!

If you have the money for that exhaust then you have money to buy jackstands, don't do something that you will not live to regret.
