Default Exhaust is too short!! Need help please

Hey guys Im having an issue with my b16a hatch. Its a 1992 b16a swapped hatch, using the stock/oem b16a header. I bought a catback (Tanabe Medallion touring) system for it that fits the 92-95 civic, and a skunk2 test pipe also for the 88-95 civic. Problem is its an inch or two too short!!! Did I buy the wrong test pipe since its a b16a in a 92 civic hatch? Or can I not use the b16a oem header on this type of swap??

I haven't tried fitting it on with force or by bolting it up one piece at a time, but the old system I took off (with bad leaky welds) is about 1.5 inches longer then my new system. Whats going on here? B16a header wont bolt up to a 92 civic test/catback system?
