Hold up... maybe you just typed it funny.... did you mean to ask "Can you have a STOCK exhaust on a turbo?" ... all cars turbo'd/non turbo'd have exhausts... thats what makes them quieter (or sound totally ridiculous... like my dad's friend with a new dark green lamborghini...)
