OK heres the deal....i have a 1998 honda civic EX and when the fan kicks on it makes a really loud and annoying sound....a couple days ago i poped my hood as my car was running and the fan kicked on and it was loud...well...i have a 2 fans in the front and i noticed only 1 working...how do i see if its broke or not hooked up?? please help using pictures or explain in words very well but i want it fixed....thanks

 

On fan, the one the was rotating, is your radiator fan. The other is your A/C fan. Turn on your A/C and watch the fan come to life!!

you can't. If you want you can replace it with a francy quiet fan but, up to you
