I am looking at doing the EX exhaust modification to my 1999 HX. In other words replace the entire exhaust system as well as putting on the AEM V2 CAI. My question is do I need to do anything to the ECU? It seems to me that I will be changing the fuel/air mixture parameters so it would seem that the ECU would need to modified.

nope, with those mods you dont need to mess up with your ecu, what to do is put all the things you want to put in your engine then after go get a crome chipped ecu or anything similar
