Why not? I personally feel they're more "worth it" than D16s. And hopefully I'll getthe chance to prove it in the near future.

aight so i got the d16z6 head, im still waiting to find the p28. when u talking bout an IM or TB what does that mean exactly. any idea where i can find a p28 and the price ranges of it?

IM = Intake Manifold
TB = Throttle Body

As for the p28, maybe Ebay, Junkyard, or classifieds.
