being that you ovbiously don't have good enough tools to remove it take it to a mechanic and ask them to remove the nuts im sure that they could have it done for you in half a hour then you could finish it by yourself

Seriously? no one cares how many tools you have, but if you want to brag, i think i win with my shop full of 50+ years worth of tools...
and to help with your problem, I didn't read your post the first problem, I thought you were just reusing the bolt. In this case, gring down two flat spots on the nut, then soak it with pb blaster, then just use a set of vice grips and utilize elboe grease...
